Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Certain items may be excluded (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Pest & Insect Prevention products (opened or used items)
  • Outdoor Small Engine equipment with fuel or oil added
  • Lawn Growth products that have been opened

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
