- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Fast and trackable via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Economical option via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our Atlanta headquarters, excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations. Whether you’re creating an outdoor oasis in a suburban backyard, country estate, or urban patio, we’ll get your order to you.
3. How can I track my order?
For Standard Shipping orders, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package ships. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your backyard. Free Shipping orders via EMS may have limited tracking depending on your location.
